Boulevard Chiropractic is contracted with Medicaid and Medicare along with many health insurance companies nationwide. Don't know if you have chiropractic coverage on your insurance plan? Call our office and as a courtesy, we will look it up for you before you are seen. We will ensure you know your coverage before treatment is given and will always bill your insurance. You have enough to worry about with that pain in the neck or back!
