What makes a business qualify.
The business you refer becomes a qualifying client.
A qualifying client signs a service agreement of three months or longer that includes at least one of the plans on the right. Month-to-month trials, one-off projects and hosting-only resale accounts do not count.
Every plan comes with the same promise: a help desk that answers around the clock, fixes the cause and tells you what it did.

Who can refer?
Anyone: current clients, partners, friends of the business, former colleagues. You do not need to be an ALCO client yourself.
Does the business I refer have to be new to ALCO?
Yes. The reward is for introducing a business ALCO has not worked with before, and your name needs to come up before or at their first contact with us.
How many businesses can I refer?
As many as you like. Each qualifying business you introduce earns its own $250 gift card.
When is the gift card sent?
Within 14 days of the referred business signing a qualifying agreement and paying its first invoice. We email the gift card to the address you give us.
Can the business I refer also claim a demo reward?
Yes. The demo rewards are for the business; the referral reward is for you. They do not cancel each other out.
Offer terms.
Effective October 20, 2026. Short, and in plain English.
- The reward. ALCO USA Inc sends the referrer a $250 Amazon.com gift card for each new business they introduce that becomes a qualifying client.
- Qualifying client. A business that signs a service agreement with ALCO of three months or longer including at least one of: a help desk plan with two or more employees enrolled, a website hosting plan, or a developer plan.
- New to ALCO. The referred business must not be a current or former ALCO client, and must not already be in conversation with ALCO. The referrer's name must be given before or at the business's first contact with ALCO.
- When it is sent. Within 14 days of the referred business signing the qualifying agreement and paying its first invoice. The gift card is sent by email as an Amazon.com gift card code.
- Who can refer. Anyone 18 or older in the United States, except ALCO employees and contractors and the owners of the referred business.
- General. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Recipients are responsible for any taxes. ALCO may substitute a reward of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable, and may change or end this offer at any time; a reward already earned is honoured. Businesses in the United States only.
