Our design target.

We aim to make our public website usable by as many people as possible, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA to guide our work.

Keyboard

Every link and control can be reached and used without a mouse.

Visible focus

You can always see where you are on the page.

Zoom and reflow

Text enlarges and the layout adapts to narrow screens.

Reduced motion

Animation respects your device’s motion setting.

We continue to improve headings, labels, contrast, focus states, keyboard paths, zoom behavior, and motion preferences as the site changes.

Using this website.

  1. 01Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls. The first link skips the navigation and takes you to the page content.
  2. 02Use Enter to follow a link, and Enter or Space to open a menu. Escape closes the mobile menu and returns focus to its button.
  3. 03Use your browser’s zoom controls to enlarge text. The layout adapts to narrower viewing areas.
  4. 04The site respects your device’s reduced motion preference.
