Install Level for ongoing ALCO support. Your device initially enrolls as Unmanaged; ALCO assigns its support policies separately.

Level install key — Unmanaged

Use this key when the installer asks for an install key.

Windows

Download and run the installer. When prompted, paste the install key above and approve the administrator prompt.

Choose your Mac’s processor under Apple menu → About This Mac.

macOS installation instructions

After downloading the package, open Terminal and run cd ~/Downloads first, or switch to the folder where you saved the package. Then copy and run the matching command below. macOS may ask for your administrator password and support permissions.

sudo installer -pkg ./level-darwin-bundle-amd64.pkg -target / && sudo level -k tCDV3MdLG6pGyxe9ko7Ln5iC:67932 -a install

Terminal command — Apple silicon

Linux installation instructions

Copy and run this official installation command in a terminal. Administrator access is required.
