About this training
A walk through alcohq.com, section by section, so you can see what ALCO actually does and where everything lives.
ALCO is a family-led Idaho company doing three things under one roof: managed hosting, software and web development, and a help desk. The point of one team rather than three vendors is that when something breaks, nobody spends the morning pointing at somebody else.
Along the way: where the public status page is, where the client portal is, and how to get in touch.
