A plan that makes it onto the page.
Choose the work you need. Channels, content formats, posting frequency and review rounds are confirmed in your written scope.
- 01
Strategy and content calendar
Define your audience, goals, voice and themes, then turn them into a practical calendar for announcements, useful advice and offers.
- 02
Copy and creative
Post copy, branded graphics and content adapted from your approved photos, video and business updates. Original photography and video production are separately scoped.
- 03
Scheduling and publishing
Prepare posts for review, apply agreed revisions and schedule approved content on the channels we confirm together. Nothing goes live outside your agreed approval process.
- 04
Community management
Review comments and messages within agreed channels and coverage hours. Use approved replies for routine questions and escalate complaints, sensitive issues and sales decisions to your team.
- 05
Coordinated campaigns
Keep social content, website updates and agreed email campaigns working toward the same goal. Landing pages, email setup and paid advertising can be scoped alongside the ongoing work.
- 06
Monthly reporting
Review publishing activity, reach, engagement and available enquiry or conversion data. Explain what changed, what we learned and what to try next, including tracking limitations.
From your goals to a steady routine.
- 1
Agree the scope
Review your audience, existing accounts and priorities. Confirm channels, deliverables, budget, response coverage and who approves content.
- 2
Plan and prepare
Collect brand assets and approved source material, arrange delegated account access and build the first content calendar.
- 3
Review and publish
Your designated approver reviews the content. We make the agreed changes and publish or schedule it through the agreed workflow.
- 4
Measure and improve
Review the month together, connect activity to business goals where measurement allows and adjust the next calendar.
Clear expectations before the first post.
A good fit for a small team that needs consistent communication, a business with useful updates but little time to publish, or an owner who wants one point of contact for marketing and the website.
You keep ownership
Your business owns its accounts, audience and approved assets. Use platform roles and delegated access where available; do not send passwords through an enquiry form.
You approve the facts
Your team confirms claims, offers, permissions to use images and testimonials, and any industry-specific requirements before publication.
Coverage is agreed
Comment and inbox monitoring have defined hours and escalation rules. This service does not imply round-the-clock moderation, crisis response or authority to make commitments for you.
Costs stay clear
Management fees, optional production work, software and ad spend are identified in the proposal. Paid campaigns and their budgets require a separate agreed scope.
Frequently asked questions.
Which social platforms do you manage?
We confirm the channels and available access during discovery, including whether Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or other platforms fit your audience and content. We do not assume every platform belongs in your plan.
How often will you post?
The posting schedule, formats, number of deliverables and revision rounds are agreed before work starts. The plan is based on your goals, available source material and budget.
Will we see content before it goes live?
Yes. We agree who signs off, how feedback is collected and what happens if approval is delayed. Publishing follows that agreed approval process.
Does this include paid ads?
Paid advertising can be coordinated with your content, but campaign management and ad spend are separately scoped. ALCO also offers a dedicated managed advertising service.
Can you help with email and our website too?
Yes. We can scope email campaigns, landing pages and website updates alongside social content. The proposal states which work is included and which tools or services carry separate costs.
Do you guarantee followers, leads or sales?
No. Results depend on the audience, offer, content, budget and platform behavior. We agree useful measures, report honestly and explain where attribution is limited.
What does it cost?
We provide a written proposal after reviewing your channels, content needs, approval process and coverage requirements. There is no assumed posting package or advertising budget.
