- 02Permissions. Who can see and edit what, set up clearly and kept that way.
- 03Migrations. Moving files and libraries into SharePoint or between tenants with as little disruption as possible.
- 04Document libraries. Libraries, metadata and retention arranged so documents are easy to find and hard to lose.

SharePoint work runs under ALCO’s process. ALCO scopes the job, agrees it with you and owns the request from start to finish; David does the SharePoint work inside it, and ALCO’s Microsoft 365 support looks after the tenant afterwards.
