- help desk behind every build
The useful kind of AI.
Small, well-defined jobs that save real hours, wired into the tools your team already uses.
- 01
Assistants and agents
A chat assistant that answers from your documents, or an agent that drafts the reply, files the ticket and schedules the call. Scoped to the job, logged on every action.
- 02
MCP servers
A Model Context Protocol server is how Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants connect to your systems safely. We build them for your CMS, CRM, database or internal app, with permissions you control.
- 03
Intake and chat tools
Web chat, forms and phone intake that collect what matters, answer the easy questions and hand the rest to a person with the context attached.
- 04
Document and email automation
Summaries, extraction, classification and drafting for the paperwork that eats your week: invoices, applications, intake forms, support mail.
- 05
Your site, managed by your AI
The ALCO headless CMS puts an MCP server in front of your website so you can ask an assistant to change the page, with staging, preview and rollback.
- 06
Integrations
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Stripe, Twilio and the rest. The AI part is only useful when it is connected properly.
From an idea to something your team uses.
- 1
Find the job
We sit with the people doing the work and pick one task that is repetitive, well-defined and worth automating. We will say so if AI is the wrong tool.
- 2
Design the guard rails
What it may read, what it may write, what needs a human click. Written down before a line of code.
- 3
Build and test
Built on your accounts and your data, tested against real cases, with logs you can read.
- 4
Run and improve
Monitored and supported by the help desk. When the model, the API or your process changes, we update it.
A good fit when...
A small team drowns in repeat work
The same email, the same form, the same lookup, fifty times a week.
You already have the data
Documents, tickets, orders or records that an assistant could answer from, if someone connected it.
You want control, not a black box
You need to know what the AI did, why, and how to switch it off.
You tried a tool and it did not stick
Off-the-shelf AI rarely fits a specific business. Built-to-fit usually does.
Questions people ask.
Does ALCO run its own business on AI?
Not much. We use it for small, minor things, and we are happy to. The business runs on accountable people. That is the same approach we recommend to clients: AI for the repetitive parts, humans for the decisions.
Which models do you use?
Whichever fits the job and your rules: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or an open model on hardware you control. We are partners with Anthropic and OpenAI and we are not tied to either.
Where does our data go?
It stays in your accounts. We build against your API keys and your tenants, with data-handling terms you have read. Nothing is trained on your data unless you choose that.
What does it cost?
A fixed scope with a written estimate for the build, then a monthly amount for hosting, monitoring and updates. No per-seat surprises.
Can you add AI to a site or app you did not build?
Usually, yes. We review the codebase and the hosting first and tell you what is realistic before quoting.
