Scope
We look at what you run today, how much traffic and data it carries, and who needs access. You get a written plan and price before anything moves.

Build
We stand up Mattermost on the ALCO server, in its own isolated environment, with Cloudflare Enterprise, backups and monitoring wired in from day one.

Move
Existing data, users and settings are migrated and checked, DNS is switched in a window you approve, and the old system stays available until you sign off.

Run it
From then on ALCO applies updates, watches the board, restores from backup when asked and answers the calls.

Both are good, and we support them. Mattermost is for organisations that want the chat history on their own infrastructure or need to control cost per seat.
Can you import from Slack?
Yes, channels and history, using Mattermost's import tools.
Which edition?
Team Edition by default. Enterprise features need a licence from Mattermost, which we can run for you.
