What is included.
What ALCO does for you under n8n hosting, in plain terms.
Your automations, on your instance
n8n runs on the ALCO server, so credentials for your mail, CRM and bank-adjacent systems never sit in a shared cloud.
Webhooks that are protected
Public webhook URLs sit behind Cloudflare Enterprise with rate limits and a firewall, so a flood does not become your problem.
Executions watched
Failed runs and stuck queues show up on our board. You hear about it with the fix, not after the month-end report is wrong.
Updates on a schedule
n8n releases applied with workflows tested afterwards, on a staging instance first when the change is large.
Backups of workflows and history
Nightly, off the server, including credentials in their encrypted form.
Built by ALCO too
We build workflows: ticket routing, onboarding, invoicing, reporting and the AI steps in between. ALCO runs its own operations on n8n.
People who answer
"The Monday report did not arrive." A person looks at the execution and fixes it.
How it works.
Four steps, each one written down as we go.
- 1
Scope
We look at what you run today, how much traffic and data it carries, and who needs access. You get a written plan and price before anything moves.
- 2
Build
We stand up n8n on the ALCO server, in its own isolated environment, with Cloudflare Enterprise, backups and monitoring wired in from day one.
- 3
Move
Existing data, users and settings are migrated and checked, DNS is switched in a window you approve, and the old system stays available until you sign off.
- 4
Run it
From then on ALCO applies updates, watches the board, restores from backup when asked and answers the calls.
Who this is for.
Businesses that want it run, not just rented
A server somewhere is easy. Someone who updates it, backs it up, watches it and picks up the phone is the part you are buying.
Teams that have outgrown shared hosting
When the shared plan is slow, the control panel is a mystery and support is a chat bot, a managed instance on the ALCO server is the next step.
Anyone who wants their data in one accountable place
Your instance, your data, on infrastructure ALCO owns and operates in Idaho, behind Cloudflare Enterprise.
Questions people ask.
Why self-host instead of n8n Cloud?
Privacy of credentials and data, cost at volume, and the ability to reach systems inside your network. n8n Cloud is fine for some; we will tell you which fits.
Can it talk to our internal systems?
Yes. With a site-to-site connection or an agent, workflows can reach systems that are not on the public internet.
Who builds the workflows?
You, your team, or ALCO. Many clients start with ALCO building the first few and take over from there.
Is it licensed for business use?
n8n is published under its Sustainable Use License, which allows internal business use. We will explain the terms before you build on it.
