What Google Cloud is.
Google Cloud is Google's business platform: Google Workspace for email, documents and meetings, and the cloud infrastructure behind it.
For most of our clients it means Workspace. A well-run Workspace domain is email people trust, files the company owns rather than one person, and sign-in that an attacker cannot guess their way past.
How it works for us.
- 01
Admin console in our hands
We run the console for client domains: users, groups, aliases, licenses, sharing rules and retention. Changes go through the help desk and are logged in myALCO.
- 02
Mail authentication
We publish and enforce SPF, DKIM and DMARC for every domain we manage, so your mail reaches the inbox and nobody can send as you.
- 03
Shared drives, not My Drive
Company files live in shared drives the company owns. We review who can see what, and a leaver's files stay with the business.
- 04
Our own company runs on it
ALCO's mail, calendars and file share are Google Workspace. The policies we apply for clients are the ones we live with every day.
Our role.
What ALCO is to Google Cloud, and what it is not.
- 1
Administrator, not reseller
We administer Workspace domains for clients. Billing can stay with Google in your name; we do not need to sit between you and your subscription.
- 2
Migration crew
We move companies into Workspace from Microsoft 365, old mail servers and hosting-provider mailboxes, and we move them out again when that is the right call.
- 3
Customer
ALCO is a Google Workspace customer. We claim no Google partner tier or certification here.
What it means for you.
Email you can trust
Enforced DMARC means a message from your domain is really from you. That protects your customers as much as it protects you.
Nothing walks out the door
Two-step on every account, managed sign-in on company devices, and offboarding that signs a leaver out everywhere the same day.
Answers, not ticket numbers
The Tuesday questions, "why did that bounce?" and "how do I share this with a client?", get a person on the phone.

Questions people ask.
Do we need to move our billing to ALCO?
No. Your Workspace subscription stays in your name with Google. We administer the domain; you own it.
Can you manage our domain and DNS as well?
Yes, and for most clients we do, because that is how SPF, DKIM and DMARC stay right. If your DNS lives elsewhere we work with it.
We are on Microsoft 365. Is Workspace better?
Sometimes. We support both and we will tell you straight which one fits your team, not sell you the bigger one.
Is our data backed up?
Google keeps your data available; it does not keep a copy you control. We set retention and run independent backups so a deleted mailbox is a request, not a crisis.
- The client area
Everything ALCO does for you, in one place.
Requests, your team, invoices, documents, shared credentials and sign-in security. One sign-in, any device. Take the tour.
