What Microsoft is.
Microsoft makes the software most offices already run on: Windows, Office, Outlook and Teams, and the cloud services behind them, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure.
For a business, Microsoft 365 is identity, email, files and meetings in one tenant. Set up well, it is also the backbone of your security: who can sign in, from which device, to what.

Your tenant, our admin seat
ALCO is an administrator on the Microsoft 365 tenants we support. Users, groups, mailboxes, licenses and security policy go through our help desk, and every change is logged in myALCO.

Entra ID for identity
Sign-in rules live in Entra ID: multi-factor on every account, conditional access for risky sign-ins, and clean offboarding the day someone leaves.

Intune and Defender
Company laptops enrol in Intune so updates, encryption and policies apply themselves. Defender watches endpoints and mail, and its alerts land with a person at ALCO.

Azure where it fits
Some clients run servers or line-of-business apps in Azure. We build and run those too, and we say plainly when a smaller option would do.

Administrator and support provider
We run Microsoft 365 for clients. We are not Microsoft and we do not speak for them; we are the people who make their platform work for your business and pick up the phone when it does not.

Customer ourselves
ALCO is a Microsoft customer as well. Many of the policies we apply for clients run on our own tenant first.

What it means for you.
You own the tenant
Licenses and billing stay in your name. If you ever leave ALCO, you keep every account, file and mailbox, and we hand over the documentation.
One accountable admin
No more guessing who has the admin password. ALCO holds the admin role, you hold the owner role, and changes are requested and recorded through myALCO.
Help that knows your setup
When Outlook will not open or a new hire needs a laptop, the person who answers already knows how your tenant is built.

Questions people ask.
Do we have to buy Microsoft 365 through ALCO?
No. Your subscription can stay exactly where it is. We become an administrator on the tenant you already own, and we will tell you if a different plan would save money.
Can you move us to Microsoft 365 from Google Workspace?
Yes. Mail, calendars, contacts and files move on a date you choose, with both systems live until the switch. We also move people the other way.
Is ALCO a Microsoft certified partner?
We are a customer and an administrator for our clients, and Adam is an IAMCP member. We do not list a partner tier or certification we have not earned. Ask and we will tell you exactly where we stand.
What happens when Microsoft has an outage?
We watch Microsoft's service health, tell you what is down and what is not, and keep your team working around it. Our status page carries the notice too.
