What OpenAI is.
OpenAI is an AI company. It makes ChatGPT, the GPT models behind it, and developer tools for building on them.
ChatGPT is the AI assistant most people already know and many already pay for. It can connect to outside tools through the open Model Context Protocol (MCP).
How it works for us.

Not a lot, and only small things
We do not use AI a lot in house. Where we do, it is minor: a first draft, a summary, sorting a queue, a routine check. A person reviews every output before it goes anywhere.

A person is always accountable
Nothing a model produces reaches a client, a server or a ticket without a human at ALCO reading it, approving it and signing their own name. Every use is logged.

Connected to client tools on request
Our headless CMS exposes an MCP server, so a client's own ChatGPT can propose website changes into a staged preview for the client to approve. We build GPT features into client applications when asked.

If you want AI in your own site or app, we build it so your ChatGPT proposes and you approve. It cannot publish on its own.

Questions people ask.
Does AI handle my support tickets?
No. A person reads your request and a person does the work. At most, AI helps us sort or draft, and a person checks it before anything happens.
Is our data used to train AI?
No. Client information is never used to train a model, and we do not send it to any AI service without your written agreement.
Can our team use ChatGPT with the site you build?
Yes. Our headless CMS lets your own ChatGPT propose changes that you approve before they go live.
Which is better, OpenAI or Anthropic?
For most client features either works, and MCP means you can use the one you already pay for. We use both and tell you plainly which fits.
