In house first. Options when you need them.
Most of the work we do is done in house, by our own team. Partners give us extended support and, more importantly, options. One size does not fit all, so access to 442 providers means ALCO can be your one source for every technology vendor you need.
What Telarus is.
Telarus is a technology services distributor. It holds agreements with a large portfolio of providers, from internet and phone carriers to contact-center, cloud and security companies, and gives advisors like ALCO access to all of them.
Instead of calling a dozen sales reps, a business can describe what it needs once and get options from many providers side by side.
How it works for us.
- 01
Internet and circuits
Fibre, broadband and backup connections for an office or a new location, compared across carriers that actually serve the address.
- 02
Phones and contact center
Business phone systems and contact-center platforms, matched to how your team really takes calls.
- 03
Cloud and security services
Hosting, backup and security services from specialist providers, when they fit better than what we run ourselves.
Our role.
What ALCO is to Telarus, and what it is not.
- 1
Your advisor, not a reseller of one brand
ALCO works with Telarus as a technology advisor. We listen, shortlist providers, explain the trade-offs and help you choose. We claim no Telarus tier or award.
- 2
How the advisor is paid
In this model the provider pays the advisor, not you. We tell you when that applies, and it never decides which option we recommend.
- 3
Still here after the install
Orders, installs, billing questions and outages go through us. You keep one number to call.
What it means for you.
Real choice
Options from many providers in one conversation, not one vendor's catalogue.
Plain comparisons
Price, term, speed and support laid out side by side, in plain English.
One accountable team
When a circuit drops or a bill is wrong, ALCO chases the provider for you.
Questions people ask.
Does going through ALCO cost more than buying direct?
Normally no. In the advisor model the provider pays the advisor, so pricing is usually the same as buying direct, and you get help choosing and support afterwards.
Do we have to switch providers?
No. Sometimes the best answer is to keep what you have and fix the contract or the setup. We will say so.
Who do we call if the service goes down?
Call ALCO. We open the ticket with the provider and follow it through.
- The client area
Everything ALCO does for you, in one place.
Requests, your team, invoices, documents, shared credentials and sign-in security. One sign-in, any device. Take the tour.
